One Monday at Earth Revibe. Daemon kept all 24 hours.

Daemon is an AI back office for clothing labels: orders, shipping, returns, refunds, stock and customer messages, run from one chat. Scroll, and the clock runs through 26 October 2026 as it happened.

A customer asked for the Fireside Heritage Plaid Shirt in M. It was sold out, so Daemon put them on the waitlist.

Customer chat. The first of seven waitlist sign-ups that day.

An exchange came in for order #1391: bell-bottoms for a Void Passage Linen Shirt in S. The return pickup was booked before anyone woke up.

Returns. Reverse pickup booked with the courier.

Four cash-on-delivery orders, ₹5,654 between them. Daemon asked each buyer to confirm before anything shipped.

Orders #1454, #1455, #1456 and #1459.

Then it wrote the week’s brief for the founders: 63 orders, up from 53. Reels bring the reach; carousels get saved.

Thirteen parcels had left the warehouse. Each buyer got their tracking link.

Shipping. 23 tracking updates by midnight.

“Any update?” asked a buyer. Daemon read the order, the courier’s last scan and the old chat, and drafted the reply for the team.

Support. One of nine replies drafted that day.

A buyer tapped Cancel on the confirmation for #1446. The ₹1,599 order was called off before a label was printed.

Cash-on-delivery check. Nothing shipped, so nothing came back.

Five returns reached the warehouse, ₹9,434 in all. Each went on the quality-check list with its refund lined up, and a late parcel got a courier ticket.

Returns. Ticket 9361217. Refunds go out when the team says yes.

The Cocoa Brown Linen Shirt in L came back in stock. Both people waiting for it heard first.

Restock alerts, 2 sent.

Three more came back: Frost Pintuck in S, Slate Pintuck in M, the Rust Stripe tee in L. Fourteen people were told.

The new carousel went up on Instagram at eight o’clock sharp. Seven slides.
